Thinkfun Mini Mouth Word Game Review

by Wren on November 15, 2012

My daughter has been learning to read, and it has been great fun. Though I have struggled with fun ways in helping her build her vocabulary and work on spelling. I want it to be fun and engaging for her, or she will lose interest.

Thinkfun Mini Mouth has been a great addition to game nights. It allows us to play a fun game while helping our daughter to figure out new words. It is also fun for us adults involved as well. Just keeps the night smooth and fun, and when learning is involved I am happy. I home school my daughter so try to make everything a learning experience for our daughter.

there are 26 letter tiles and a game bag included. In playing the game you turn all the tiles upside down and then flip over 2-5 of the tiles and try to make words using all of letters. sometimes we come up with the silliest words and spend the time giggling and just having fun.

It has certainly been a fun game to have added to our game nights!

A good traveling game maybe. I can see my grandson and granddaughter playing this in the back seat.

This sounds fun and at the same time easy for kids who are just starting to read. I wanted these types of games because i want to teach my daughter to read early. Thanks for sharing!
