Ozeri 4x3runner Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer Review

I am big on stocking stuffers as I am sure most of you have noticed by now. I simply love all the things you can stick in a stocking! In my home these are all the items that come from Santa, little kids get an additional present under the tree from him. It is just how we like to do things for the holidays, everyone has their own traditions!

I am usually going all day long with the kids and just trying to keep up with the house work and working in the little bit of time I can. Family comes first to me, and I try to fit in exercise as much as I can. I sometimes wish I knew just how much I had walked that day and when I go for a short run, it would be nice to know how I did. Ozeri has me covered on that front with the 4x3runner Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer!

This thing can tell you just about anything. There is so much information you can gather from it that it took me a few minutes of reading the instructions to make sure I was using it right. I love how it has an auto sleep mode so when its not in use it just shuts off and I don’t have to worry about accidentally turning it off when I am not using it.

You can set step goals on the pedometer and it will let you know how close you are to your goal and so forth. I love knowing how much fat I burned that day and how many calories. It makes me feel good especially when I am unable to set aside time to do a actual workout. I like knowing that my lifestyle is actually more active than I ever gave myself credit for.

I recently decided to start training to run so that I can do marathons, it is a tall order for someone who DOES NOT RUN… EVER. I think a zombie horde would have to be chasing me for me to actually run, but it is a goal I set myself so I started using the pedometer and it helps me get to my goals each day and when I am done training I can clip it to my pants and see how far I have walked during the day, I bet you would be amazed to see just how far you do travel each day just chasing kids and taking care of the house!

This is a great present to put under the tree or stick in a stocking this year for active people or someone trying to be more active. I love it and use it daily, it has stayed in great working order for the past month or so and I hope that someday I can take it with me on my first marathon… wish me luck!
